Brendan Frantz, 25, of 14 Minnesota Rd., Storrs, was charged with failure to drive upon right, improper use of a marker/license/ registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, operation of a motor vehicle without a license and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension March 16. Court: March 27 in Danielson. Bond: none, with promise to appear.

Mark Michaud, 51, of 396 Plains Rd., Willimantic, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and evading responsibility injury/property damage March 16. Court: March 27 in Danielson. Bond: none, with promise to appear.

Antonio Perez Riz, 25, of 98 Chapman St. Apt. 2, Willimantic, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration and operation/parking of an unregistered motor vehicle March 16. Court: March 27 in Danielson. Bond: none, with promise to appear.

Donna Russell, 58, of 155 Valley St., Willimantic, was charged with violation of probation March 16. Court: March 17 in

Kevent Gomez, 20, of 66A West Ave., Willimantic, was charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit a class A felony March 16. Court: March 16 in Danielson. Bond: $75,000.

Jeremiah Parker, 25, of 489 Middle Turnpike E Apt. 3W, Manchester, was charged with extradition arrest by warrant March 16. Court: March 16 in Danielson. Bond: $250,000.

Benjamin Cancelmo, 62, of 18 Water St., Plainfield, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/ registration, operation/ parking of an unregistered motor vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance March 16. Lesly Reyes, 27, of 134 Church St., Willimantic, was charged with disorderly conduct March 17. Court: March 27 in Danielson. Bond: $1,500.

Jennifer Mailhiot, 29, of 139 Church St. Apt. 2, Willimantic, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, operation/parking of an unregistered motor vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance March 17. Mary Perez Carreras, 36 of 72 Boston Post Rd.
